Cheesecake Factory

A Cheesecake Factory shop just showed up. There was no fee but reimbursed $30. Only one location was on the board, so I am not sure if they are testing the new company or it was a competitor shop. Unfortunately it is due tomorrow and I cannot go. I hope it shows up next month.

I would take that one with no fee because the food is awesome! smiling smiley
I dated a guy back in Costa Mesa, CA that worked at the place they made the cheesecakes.. he delivered them all over, OC, L.A., even up into Oxnard. I went along w/him several times.. I NEVER got a cheesecake, and I KNOW he brought freebies home all the time! Oh!
Is the reimbursement in the form of a gift card like the old shops or an actual reimbursement like DD, check...

It looks like actual reimbursement. I wish I could take it but it was due yesterday or today and I do not have time. I would love to know if it is a competitor shop orl the Cheesecake Factory is testing this company. I only saw one location, however, the others could have been picked up.

I wonder if they are just testing the water. These jobs are on the job board but don't seem to be getting assigned.
Interesting.....I wondered that myself. I did email the scheduler, so I will see if I get an answer.

There used to be a place in Downey or Pico Rivera that sold the seconds. The ones where the swirls weren't just right or the edge piping was uneven. They also sold the TCBY cakes. Amazing deal at like $6-$9 per cake. Not sure if its still there as we moved away from the area.

I saw this shop and thought about it, but the reimbursement amount of $30 was too low. For 2 people, my bill is usually twice that.
Did anybody actually get assigned and do one of the Cheesecake Factory shops that was posted? They were posted with a 2-day window and multiple e-mails were sent out during the shop window time. Then they dropped from the board and the e-mails stopped. There was no sign that any were actually assigned.

Anybody here who did one?
No, I did not have time unfortunately. I did email the scheduler to ask a few questions. She did not respond :/

yeah, I've been trying to find that guy! He was cute, really young.

He may have been cute but if he never brought a cheesecake home for you he should be on your ten foot pole.

It sounds like one of the relationship clues from the book written by Greg Behrendt, "He's Just Not That Into You."
If you still have any "Free Cheesecake" with gift card purchase vouchers from last December, when they were giving away two slices for every $25 gift card you bought on Cyber Monday.

They expire at the end of this month.

I ran in and picked up my last two slices today.
I don't know if it is going to be ongoing. If so, I hope they up the reimbursement. $30 doesn't pay for the two meals and the cheesecake. But, it was yummy! smiling smiley
