I was in [store initials deleted] and an employee was given a reward card from mystery shopping. since [MSC name deleted] no longer has the contract, does anyone know what company is doing [store name deleted so other members can't respond] mystery shopping. Thank you

Or perhaps she just had a brain fart. We've all done it. I've certainly seen worse.

Maria, don't feel bad. I've done it more than once. In fact, I had to re-write something in the last day or so to delete a store name and I have thousands of posts.

I'm perfect so obviously I've never had to do that before, but most people have made that mistake. It's ok, not everyone can be me.

I just fell off my chair laughing at you two. Almost made up for the ham I didn't get today.

Maria,

Have you checked boards like jobslinger to see if the shops have popped up somewhere else? I can't remember the name of the other board that posts multiple companies' shops. Now I'm having a brain fart!

Speaking of ham... I did not see any ham shops for Easter. I guess everybody grabbed those quick! smiling smiley
I don't have that store in my neck of the woods. I think it is 2 states over. and in the midwest that's can be a long way away. I read this before it was modified yesterday so I know the name of the store.
We used to have one of those stores in my area some years ago. By the time I figured out who the MSC was they closed the store. sad smiley I bought my first ham from Trader Joe's this year. It was really good. When I went back to get another to freeze, they were all gone.

There are at least two different clients being discussed here. Maybe more. And multiple MSCs, I think, as well.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Sunny, I think that the MSC that once did ham shops quit doing them...every once in awhile they offer a sandwich for that ham place but the reimbursed holiday ham shops were discontinued.

Did you ever order the sit down dine in sandwich? smiling smiley
Having done a ham shop, I took one of the sandwich shops in September 2015, which is the last time I saw them. Just as well, I wouldn't have taken another one. I was very disappointed, both in the ho-hum counter/dining room service and in the sandwich.
I never had one where I had to sit and eat. Mine had the flexibility of being able to take the darned thing and leave, thank goodness. But, I liked it well enough. I already had stuff to do in that area so I was glad for the "free" (ahem) lunch.

Me too! I did not like the food or the lackluster service! smiling smiley
There used to be a store near me that I ate lunch in occasionally. The service was rather lacking but my sandwiches have always been yummy.
