You should forward that email to the real NSS company with the full email headers. They have reason to see that this fishing attempt is snuffed out:

Also send the full email with the mail headers to University of south Florida website administration. They would be VERY interested to remove that email account as their email server has been taken over by the scammer. Here are a couple of email addresses that will set off the correct alarm bells:

There not only is the National Shopping Service listed above in Scanman's post but also a National Shopping Service Network as well (Which is probably what the scam is trying to spoof).
