In addition to the ones mentioned above, ACE, Customer Perspectives, Harland Clarke, Intellishop, Second-to-none, Stericycle, Reality Based Group, Service Sense & Shoppers all do bank shops currently. Additionally, DSG, FedChoice, and MemberXP have credit unions. Confero has in the past, not sure if it still does.

Arguing with fools is like playing chess with a pigeon...
...No matter how good you are, the pigeon will s@^t on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Not scheduling for ANY company.
Oh Harland Clarke, that's a good one. I think they primarily do banks in the Northern U.S.? I have yet to do a shop for them...I have tried and applied but they must have some "go to" shoppers in my area because my responses to their email notifications are not effective. They pay mileage on their shops, too. Sigh.
JASFLA, their shops go very quickly, especially when they are bonused. I made $70 for a 20 minute shop of my crappy credit union. That didn't include mileage!

Everyone, I'm registered with all of the MSCs you mentioned (thanks again). I don't see bank shops in this area for Person 2 Person, Market Force, Mintel, Ace, Second To None, or RBG.

More bank questions: do any MSCs do Wells Fargo shops, other than the $90 one? Don't name them. I just closed my account with them, and am rethinking it if more money is to be made.

As a credit union member, can I do a transaction at NFCU? What kinds?

An MSC known for preferring to do business via the telephone rather than by e-mail currently is doing shops for Wells Fargo.
Regarding your question about credit unions. It depends on if NAvy Fed offers shared branching, and also if your credit union participates in shared branching. But even if you can do transactions there, if Navy Fed is asking for members only for their shops, then you need to be a member of Navy Fed, not just a member of any credit union.

Harland does shops all over the U.S., though they tend to concentrate on smaller community banks and credit unions.

I work for a credit union and manage all of our marketing research programs, including our mystery shop program. We use Harland to administer our program. We are in the NW. We prefer members of our credit union but do allow non members as well.

I have to chuckle at "crappy credit union" I am super curious which one!
