There are some long term projects (not exactly shops but more of a revealed audit that borders on merchandising). Check with Superior Product Pickup Service as they come to mind. There are others that do long term projects but are not posted on the job board. Keep doing good shops for your companies and if one opens up that they think you would be good for, they will contact you.
Other ones will give you already set up routes of gas stations. Since they have so many stations, they will give you a set time to complete them so you could consider that to be long term as well. See Maritz and Alta360 for those. Again, before they will give you a large route, you need to show your work ethic on individual shops.
