That said, it does seem shoppers keep this one a little closer to the vest. Maybe there are not so many to go around. Since they are hard to find, I can understand a shopper not wanting to give up all that work so readily to just anyone who comes along.

SQM has several airlines that reimburse half your ticket. Do a search on the forum to find a complete thread.@taitsj wrote:

Really, several companies that do airline shops? I am only familiar with one - SQM. There are quite a few companies that shop airports and non-airline shops within airports.
OP, don't worry - many people on this forum are more than happy to help a newbie find an MSC. Few, IME, are like shopper8 and unwilling to give a pointer.

First of all I did give a pointer, second of all there are several companies who shop at the airports. I have spent 8 years getting badged, taking test every two years and getting to where I am. I found out this information on my own hard work.
You have been on this forum for 1 month, I have been on the forum for 2 years and have given out lots of information to new shoppers. Just because you only know of one company SQM, doesn't mean you are correct.

No reason to insult other shoppers because they don't choose to provide information on a particular topic at a particular time. I've been around quite a while, although I post seldom, and shopper8 is one of the forum members who has provided good direction to me. shopper8 has consistently posted relevant information.
And, just a note, I haven't seen shopper8 insult or abuse other forum members.

The OP did not ask for airport shops, the OP asked for airline shops. They are two totally different animals.

I am quite sorry that you feel that you have been insulted. I offered the OP the one MSC known to shop airlines; you did not. It is that simple; I am not going to get into a pissing war and compare how long we each have been badged. Still, I am curious, are there other MSCs shopping airlines? If so, it would be helpful to me as I move between the various airports where I shop.

Helping others is fine. Pointing out that YOU are willing to help others is fine. Pointing out that there are forum members willing to help is fine. Saying "Don't worry, OP, few, IME, are like shopper8 and unwilling to give a pointer." - and bolding her name to be sure the OP didn't miss exactly who you were talking about as "unwilling to give a pointer" - is an insult and I think you meant it as such.
