Survey Experience

The car negotiation MSC is doing a customer service experience survey. They sent out emails today requesting participation from shoppers who have done the negotiations. I signed up.

Has anyone participated in these in the past? I'm burned out from the negotiations, but I am curious as to what the survey is about.
