question

I was not great at mystery shopping but have improved. I now get 10 out of 10 on most of my reports. I had a company that deactivated my account because my grammar and speling was very bad. I now use Grammarly Plus for all of my reports. is it ok I created an account under a different email?

I would definitely NOT start a new account. Rather be straightforward with them. Send them a pleasant email or pick up the phone and tell them that you realized there was an issue and that now you are using Grammarly Plus and other companies are giving you decent scores on your work with few issues. Ask if they would consider re-activation of your account with them because you think you have improved enough they will find you an asset to work with.

If you just start a new account and they realize it is you they will terminate that account as well because most companies treat multiple registrations as dishonest, and who needs a dishonest shopper?
That would be difficult. You would need to give your SS number for verification.

Try emailing them with a writing sample and asking for reactivation.

Then that is your answer. Try again in a couple of years. But until then there luckily are many companies with whom you can work.

I'm not sure I am understanding. Are you asking if you COULD create another account under a different e-mail? Or are you saying you already DID create another account under a different e-mail and asking if it is okay that you did it?
She spelled spelling wrong. LOL!

In doing research for an article I came across a mystery shopping company that logs your IP, knows when you log in, how many times, who you are and other identifying factors. They do Photo DNA and they can tell when you took the picture and warned to not send pictures you already took or to get them off the internet (someone took a trash can pic off the internet and submitted it to the salsa shop) Needless to say, they were deactivated. This log in might explain why a few certain companies have a concern if you and a spouse, or you and a roommate are logging in on the same IP address.

When I first started mystery shopping, they said to never give a fake birthdate because that will flag you. Never start a new account because that will flag you. Never give a false SS#. Not that I would do any of these things but I learned a lot signing up with new companies! smiling smiley

Don't try to start up a new account with a fake name. Bad idea!

DO NOT FORGET that schedulers do talk to each other. Yo can wind up banned from more than one company.
I did creat one and terminated it less than an hr later because of the comments read. I do not want to get blacklisted. I was going to keep everything the same except for the email. I can spell it just that i can not type with my phone.

The continuous spelling mistakes are showing that the work is not reviewed. I, too, make errors occasionally, but try to put forth more effort than is being displayed here.
Also, as a word of warning, schedulers are also active here on the forum. I would watch spelling and grammar on here the same as you should if you were posting a comment on a MSC's Facebook page. Part of our job is not only the observations but to be able to report as clear and professionally as possible. I would concentrate on easier fast food for now like Market Force or Strategic Reflections (most of the reports are multiple choice or very small narratives) for now until you get some more practice. Even on those, make sure to check the grammar and spelling and to follow directions exactly as in the guidelines.
