I was doing a shop in a family shoe store about 7 years ago, and through the speakers was loud rap music, and the lyrics were very clear: f*@&^$ng this, and all sorts of explicit sexual words. It went into the report because I didn't think it was appropriate for that particular situation.

A lot of that seems to go on when I shop with my teenager at the mall
