I several of these about five years ago and then another just a few months ago. Knowing how many trucks they had, I waited for a hefty bonus. That is what will make the biggest difference in time. I spent three hours on site and another hour on the report. I will say this, because no pre-visit phone call was allowed I ended up going on a morning when they had their big weekly meeting. Otherwise the onsite would have been at least 30 minutes less. I was jogging around most of the time so at least there was no need to go for a workout later, LOL.
One change in reporting made a huge difference. Instead of uploading individual photos they changed to allowing all of them to be sent as a zip file. Just a guess because I'm too lazy too look it up, I probably had 200 photos.
