I did an apartment shop yesterday morning. The entire property was disgusting. The leasing office was in a first floor apartment. The entry was at the patio and not the front door. I went to the front door, and it was locked. I didn't wait there because of the urine stench.
When I met with the target and she did the paperwork, we went to a vacant apartment. The grounds were nasty. The apartment was old, and they lightly staged it with some decorations. The Glade Plugin didn't completely cover whatever rot was in there.
So the target makes the first close attempt and asked what I thought of the apartment. As required, I told her that I loved it.
She said, "Really? You looked...disgusted since you got here."
I left that comment out of the report.
