There is a company requesting use of Mobi app for a shop. Used it on others no issue. Emailed company no response. Need to set up profile on Mobi so used the info I do for that company. Not working. Anyone have any ideas?

I have an app called mobee but haven't heard of mobi yet.

MobiAudit is the mobile reporting tool for Shopmetrics platform companies. Mobee is a mobile app that has mini shops for points to redeem for gift cards, etc. They are totally unrelated.

For the MobiAudit profile, you enter your username and password for the MSC's login. The Server URL is the MSC's URL.

For example, some of mine are (of course, there are a lot more in my list but I just listed a few):
aboutface.shopmetrics.com
ace.shopmetrics.com
www.measurecp.net
admin.sentrymarketing.com
celestial.alta360research.com

If you do not know what the server URL is, you can try the format of MscName.shopmetrics.com as about half of mine follow that format.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.

Thanks to all, got my profile added..... it is first whole name then last whole name with a space.... and no www on company name.... BUT>>>>> no shops attached even though I can see it on my web page. And no answer from shopping company yet..

Thanks and still need help, can someone please post an example with ipsos. And am I correct that the user password and password is the exact same as ipsos, essentially we are signing in through a portal. Thanks all!
