Credit Card Shops

I received a shop email that requires "Credit Card Rewards 1." Does anyone know what "Chase Credit Card Rewards 1" is? I have the credit card but have never heard of this rewards program. Thank you in advance.

I'm guessing it's a test/certification that the MSC requires you to take.
