Looks like a scam to me. I often get similar emails and send them all to SPAM.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Yes, if it's not a scam, it's spam, but it's more literate than most. The only real errors I see are the three "that"s in the first sentence... and of course the fact that they don't tell you what it is that they do, or sell, or offer. ISoBL does have a Wikipedia page that describes them as doing business networking and increasing online visibility, but I don't have a guarantee that the email even really came from them. The email address itself is pretty inconclusive.
I was just wondering who else got this, because I also do some freelance writing and have a couple of minor things in the process of being published. I didn't know if this was a result of that or of mystery shopping. Doesn't matter anyway.

What is also sad is some send me a lot of emails about special "Honor Society" groups for my college and school age sons, and they are all scams also. Gosh.
It's just another LinkedIn scam. They build you up, do a lengthy interview and then go in for the kill by asking you to pay between $500-1,000 for the membership. Many complaints on this scam.

I can't stress enough to NEVER give your CC information to someone over the phone unless it is a legit person you know and have dealt with before.
