Sephora and lush

Does anyone know what company does these shops so that I can sign up?

Lush used to do its own mystery shopping. I don't know if that is still true.

I get emails from Red Brick (Christy) and never saw either...I'd love to do Sephora, I shop there anyway. Guess I'll email her, thx.
