I'm doing a wireless kiosk shop where I have to request information about a smartphone upgrade or adding a second line. No big deal, I've done wireless shops in the past but it's been a while. Well I'm reading through the guideline and I'm overwhelmed by the amount of information I need to collect during the shop. The shop requires multiple photos of displays at the kiosk, I need to count the number of working phones vs dummy phones per carrier, then I need to attempt to log onto a website on the working phones to see if it is connected to the internet. I feel like it is going to be quite difficult to do all of this without being obvious that I'm a shopper. A regular customer usually isn't going to play with every single phone on display. If it weren't at a small kiosk with probably only one employee I wouldn't be as nervous about it, I just think it will end up attracting a lot of unnecessary attention. This is one of those shops I really wish I hadn't accepted!
