How many of me can I be? or Is MS associated personality disorder real?

Hi,
I've had a couple of schedulers ask me (and just me because I am, after all, me) to do a few more of the same flavor shops for them. The "problem" is that each shop in the same month needs a different name/phone number/email address.
I have my real email, phone number and name and have set up a gmail address and Google voice number for my former married name, (they're forwarded to my "real" stuff).
But I said no because I didn't want to become a third "me." Plus I don't know if it's logistically possible.
How many "you" are you for MS? And how do you set up all your different versions of "you"?
And both of me thank whichever one of you responds.

I actually teach a course at some IMSC conferences on managing aliases and unique emails and phone numbers (using your own voice on the outgoing message) For phone number, I use VoiceNation. I usually have 2-4 numbers that al send emailed recordings to me, to forward to the editor/scheduler for follow-up. I use my alias for temporary email addresses. For instance, if I am Jane Doe for the shop, that email will be msjanedoe@xyz.com. The trick is to use a succession of names that make it easy for you to remember who you are.

ETA Be sure to keep a record of which names you have used for each client! They link their data bases, so if I am Jane Doe at on Ryan Nomes location, I can never use Jane Doe at another Ryan homes location. Same with phone numbers, becasue Ryan, and many other clients, also link on phone numbers.

If it all gets too be too much for you, after you have looked at your new apartment, priced cars you have no intention of buying, checked out senior living centers for your non existent family member, called about the hypothetical child's school, asked about extremely high priced jewelry that cost a few years income, bought food that you hate and will throw away after 1 bite, loaded up a shopping cart that you will abandon at the check out, bought shoes and clothes that you will return as soon as possible, teased the furniture sales person with a potential sale, and, made a call to inquire about funeral arrangements for a mythical relative, you are probably confused. If you are not a natural actor, you may easily feel like you have dissociative identity disorder.
If so, Happy Psychotherapy Day.
But, if you are a natural ham, you will love it.

I have never been called a ham in my life. Ever. When I wear my Groucho nose and mustache people just think I'm insane.
Does Voicenation have email addresses as well as phone numbers? And thanks for the tip about keeping track of who you use what info with. One more thing to add to the worksheet!
People think you're insane?

Welcome to mystery shopping. You will do fine.

And the add at the bottom of the thread is for schizophrenia relaps. Oh yes maybe we all should call right away.

Walesmaven, if it was the Nov 2015 IMSC conference, I was there! You took your husband to the assisted living place? Hysterical! After your session, I decided that apartment and new home shopping was really not for me. Wish I went to your seminar before I bought my unused video equipment! If someone is interested, I might be willing to sell it. PM me. Hugs
Hey Suzie,
That was not me that took a spouse on an assisted living shop where he almost blew her cover! I did the workshop on aliases and how to manage them, as well as unique phone numbers and emails to go with them.

If you want o sell video equipment, please PM me!
