In all seriousness, @AZwolfman, did you even click the link above or ever read the Resource Center?
That is the most comprehensive training module I have ever seen for any MS company, and the instructions provided with each shop usually consist of pages of additional information. What more are you looking for? How are the not big on instructions, outside of being HUGE on instructions?
The one hotel offered in CO (the OP's home territory) that pays $100 offers a link in the shop description that downloads an additional 17 page study guide for the client on top of that. The study guide clearly details the reservation process and the resource center clearly details the reversal process for hotel stays, as well as tipping guidelines, how to apply for shops and everything else you would need to know.
Instead, the OP chose to post here (not even in the MSC discussion thread) for other shoppers to answer the questions, and you think the problem is with the MSC?
I get it that some posters here are newbies and need help, but when people post complaints or questions and clearly have not read the instructions, I think the only reasonable answer is to have them actually read the instructions....
