I am so angry at myself!!

I was to order the pizzas on the phone and when I do that, it seems habit to just order what my family usually eats which isn't approved toppings. I don't have this problem on the web. Earlier this month, I thought I ordered correctly and it ended up being a medium. Last night, I tried again and as I'm putting my report in, I noticed I again got it wrong. I am now out two pizzas and the MSC still need people to complete the shops. I can't do it again this month as I have to eat the costs of the two I've already ordered this month. I am so angry!! Not only do I feel it will damage their trust in me, but it hurts the wallet to spend the money and know I won't get it back. How can I be so stupid? I sent an email and am crossing my fingers that they won't deactivate me. I've been shopping for a while now and haven't messed up a shop this badly. Grr!

I did 4 pizza shops (3 carryout, 1 delivery) with 2 pies from each location last weekend. While at the last stop waiting for the delivery I started cleaning out my old text and calls. I looked at my call log and noticed there were 2 calls to the same pizza shop. NOOO!! Needless to say I came home with 10 pizzas.

When doing pizza shops, I write down the toppings I'm going to use on a piece of paper and keep it in front of me when I call. That way I don't mess up. Sorry that you're out two pizzas

I'd write down what I'm suppose to order on paper in one colored pen ink. Then I use a different colored ink pen for the associate's response. I may not write neatly on my paper as I am writing down the associate's response but it helps when I am looking back at my paperwork when I am doing the reports.

I found it is easier to use a voice recorder for my notes especially when I have a lot of shops planed. The 10 minutes it takes to write down your notes may not seem long but, 6 shops makes it an hour wasted. I play the notes back when I am downloading my pictures.

I just went to the wrong location for gas station shop. I did not even look at the address on the Validation Slip completed by the manager until I got home and started to do the write up. Yikes. It is getting dark - better get a move on to complete today. Hopefully lesson learned that I will not repeat.
