What and where is the Meta section of the forum? Is this where I get in touch with Jacob? On occasion I need help with the forum and don't know where to go.

Mystery Shop Forum Meta is the very last Forum listed on the home page. Or, if you click the down arrow to the left of “Latest” in the blue bar at the top, it’s just below the Merchandising forum.

Jacob can easily be reached by PM if you click his name on any one of the threads he has started. The handiest one I can think of is the sticky entitled “Announcing the Concise Guide to Mystery Shopping, A Free eBook from Mystery Shopper Magazine”
