Sassie, Shopmetrics, and Prophet

Favorites, dislikes, likes? I prefer Sassie for user friendliness and Shopmetrics is my least liked of any of the software. Matter of fact, I try to avoid Shopmetrics. Their software just cost me over $300 in shops due to putting in shops three times and they were duplicates. The dups got deleted and left me with nothing.

I don't understand why or how you entered shops three times. When I submit a shop I am unable to enter it again. How odd. I am not crazy about Shopmetrics spellcheck feature, but otherwise I don't really have a problem with the software. It depends on which MSC is using Sassie, as some have expanding reports depending on how you answer a question which can be kind of tricky.
I select shops based on location, desirability, fee, and reimbursement. Assuming that the MSC is reputable, I disregard the platform.
Yeah, whether I like the platform or not also does not affect whether I select a particular shop. It's mostly about money and relative complexity for commensurate pay. And proximity.
I did not enter the shop three times. The shop appeared and I applied for it and the shop date was immediately assigned to me. Then, a little while after that, the exact same shop came up on the job board twice more as if it had not been assigned. The MSC saw the duplicates and deleted them. Unfortunately, they deleted the ones I had been assigned. I know for a fact that I was the first one to apply for and be assigned them. I won't go into that, but it is what happened.
I guess it was the way you worded it that confused me. Instead of saying you applied for the shops you wrote "putting in" which made me think you were enterng data into the report.
Guess I didn't make a clear statement. My mistake. I was asking what everyone's favorite platforms were for ease of use, user friendliness, and reliability, etc. And if any of the forum members did not like a platform, why they did not like it and if they had problems with it.
I have a hard time with Shopmetrics showing the available shops in my area. I can enter the zip code and radius and then hit update. Sometimes shops don't show up at all. I do it again immediately and shops do show up. Same criteria, different result.
Some shopmetrics MSCs have many shops in other parts of the country or in other countries! Even when I update my range they still show in the list. I do find that annoying.
Bare now shows me shops in Zambia. It's well outside my 30 mile radius. winking smiley

Edited to correct MSC name.

Shopmetrics isn't fully optimized for mobile. Hello, the 21st century is calling!

Yes, back to your question. I totally prefer Sassie. Easy and what I am used to for the last few years. I find the other sites sometimes troublesome, that's just me. I try to keep it simple and I know sassie pretty well. It is simple.

Very annoying, do they realize this? Anyone brought to their attention?
I had that happen with a shop I applied for and confirmed in Shopmetrics. The next day, when I went to enter the report, it had disappeared.

I'm mildly annoyed by Sassie's 30 minute time outs, and Prophet's area searches. The next town over is out of my area, but shops over 100 miles away show up on the job board.

I have no issue with it as long as I enter my state, zip, AND a radius.
Its only certain companies where it happens everytime, bcm. And yes, I know how to properly update my filter. I've been shopping for over 15 years.
Do the schedulers know how to filter shoppers? One scheduler sends me requests for shops out of my radius, in a different language, or out of my age group.

I like shopmetrics' mobiaudit app that allows auto time/date stamp and lets me fill surveys and upload photos while on site. I do not like the crappy damned gigspot that won't let go of some of my shopmetrics MSC accounts so I don't work for the companies that won't let me into their regular site anymore. If the MSC insists on directing me to gigspot when I try to login they are passed over in favor of other companies.
Shopmetrics MobiAudit is excellent but I still prefer reporting through Prophet. The one thing that makes me nuts about Prophet is the lack of map view when selecting jobs.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.
I recently asked to be freed of GigSpot because aside from the poor design, it would not let me log in to the MSCs' sites anymore.
