New Scam? Henly and Partners

Got this one about 10 days ago.
It has all the earmarks of a scam. Came with a pdf attachment I'm not opening.
Unique Location? Knowledge of the English Language.
I think I'll ask Bare International if they know their name is being used.

New Project - Henly & Partners (NOT SPAM)
From:Richard Darling <RDarling@bareinternational.com>

Dear Evaluator,
You have been chosen by the global team at BARE International to take part in an exciting new project, one which will make use of your unique location and knowledge of the English language.
The project is to evaluate the responsiveness and professionalism of Henley & Partners, a company which specializes in residence and citizenship planning. Preperation is key, though the scenario is extreamly straightforward and requires you to simply call the company to request more information, depending on your given scenario.

Based on your geographical location, you will recieve a specific scenario: one which you can perform convincingly and with confidence, as you record the call made (approx. 5 mins), then submit the recording. Should your scenario require it, any subsequent call back msut also be recorded; we will provide two call recording apps for your phone, for either iOS or Android, though a strong internet connection is recommended.

All of us here have complete faith in your ability to not only perform this mystery call, but to do it well – you have been recommended by name by the office in your country, and we are very pleased to have the oppertunity to work with you on this.

Fieldwork for this project begins this week, and will last for two weeks (the calls will be spread out over this period, so please let us know if there is a specific date or time you will not be available so we can assign you the call accordingly).

Please find attached the project guidelines, and if you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch; we’re more than happy to help.

Warmest regards,
RICHARD DARLING

But the email goes to bareinternational.com domain. If it were a gmail or other other email server, I would be suspicious, but why would a scammer use the bare domain? I think it sounds legit.
I contacted a scheduler I work with at BARE. She agreed it sounded fishy, but checked and said it was a legitimate name and address for a BARE employee in their London offices.
Richard needs to find spell-check and fast, or he'll be on to his next job as quick as the last time.
