I know that all of us sign, initial or agree to NDAs, non compete etc things like that to prohibit us from ever posting both client and MSC in the same discussion or post. However, I wondered if it would be a violation to post the platform that a company uses, like Prophet or Sassie, to help people look. Or to guide them to the right tool to find them like say you might find that on Job Slinger, or I know they are a GigSpot company etc? Or hey I saw some great shops from this company in iSecretShops, which is also just a platform/clearinghouse for job? Like saying I saw that company was being shopped, via an ad I saw on Volition? Thoughts?
