Doesn't your report ask how the food tasted? Assuming this is the case: If you found a hair while tasting the food, you would submit that in the report. You found the hair after the fact. I am sure either way, the client would want to know there was a hair that fell in the food, meaning someone did not have their hair properly restrained. But at the same time, reporting after the fact, could be a problem for you regarding your report being accepted. Is there a question about the food and the quality, or any further comments that could be made about the experience? I would contact the scheduler and let him/her decide how to approach this situation.
