What's the most recent shop you completed?

5 unrevealed gas stations, cell phone, dine in and drive thru ice cream, 4 pizza shops all done after working 4 hours merchandising.

Why so many shops? I'd not do anywhere near that many shops or I'd go completely nuts!

I did not kniw Crackel Barell was shopped. I have not seen it posted in my area.

I get emails for merchandising in Cracker Barrel.

I did an oil change, business verification, Arby's, True Value Hardware, Ace Hardware, 2 unrevealed gas stations on Thursday. I too just do this for extra money. I've been shopping for over 4 years and sometimes work more that other times. I like being able to pick and choose what sounds interesting.

I have never seen the merchandise emails. I guess they are not shopped in my area or I am not sign up w the right company

I have not seen Ace or True Value Hardware either.

It's not shopping, it's merchandising. Are you a merchandiser or just a shopper? Merchandising is setting up displays according to a plan-o-gram, cutting in new items, that kind of thing.

Oh, I have seen Ace mystery shops. We don't have True Value in my area. But Ace gets shopped through a very well-known MSC. They don't pay very well generally so I wait until I can ask for a bonus.

I agree! My reports, for at least one of the companies that I regularly shop for, take me much longer than I expect... every time! But, on the flipside, I haven't been getting many follow-up questions for the past few months, from any shopping company. I guess it's about being thorough... the first time.

Completed an unrevealed amusement park, 2 gas staion shops, 2 grocery audits. Next week gas station audits, convenience store and cable company

Last week, several banks and grocery stores. This week, Nada. Zilch. Zero. I planned it that way and unless someone calls or emails me with a large bonus offer I'm taking the week off.

Seriously! What company offered that? Did you make enough money to pay for your trip?

I did a gas station (non-reveal) tonight and have another one tomorrow, and three on Thursday. I try to squeeze in a couple of shops when my kids are in activities...

Did my first airport shop (electronics store) on my way to my first mystery shopping conference (the IMSC one in Vegas). Back to food shops when I return - Arby's, Cane's, Five Guys, Texas Roadhouse, BJ's.

NOTE: I'm not on the forum every day. If someone comments on my post, I might not reply right away. I've been a shopper since 1991. I've never done any work for a MS company in any other capacity.

This weekend just finished a resort shop (including 2 meals/day), 2 movie visit shops, a high-end restaurant shop, 2 casual dining shops, 2 gas station audits, a massage shop, a wealth management shop, two teller shops, and 2 bowling shops...and a car care shop when I got home today.....oh, and I did a regular automotive and a luxury automotive shop while away, too. It was a very busy three days!

This week...going on vacation tomorrow after I vote. I'm trying not to sign up for shops because it's family time...but shopping is so addictive...and returning from vacation with more money than when I left is just kinda thrilling.

My most recently completed shop (today)...Triple AAA Trip-Tik shop...

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.

2 cash company shops
2 post offices
2 fast food
1 mystery/reveal gas station
3 grocery stores

I take time off tomorrow to vote, and then have 8 shops scheduled for Wednesday, followed Thursday by a 115 mile one-way route with 6 shops so far.

I did a $5.00 apartment phone shop for Ellis.

Curious who offers airline shops? Very interesting!

Three grocery shops Sunday. Two reveal fast foods today. Drive thru fast food tomorrow.

Cinnabon was the last one that I did. I loved the maple bacon roll! Got KFC beverage audit tonight and Big Lots tomorrow.

Ruth Chris tonight for spouse's birthday and a car wash and grocery store this morning. I do this in addition to a full time job so maybe only do 4-5 shops a week.

I shop both of my city's airports and I have more airports this month. Have a fine dining shop coming up, too.

Gas station audits yesterday. More gas station audits today. Last one that was purely a mystery shop -- Chipotle on Saturday.

I do mostly gas stations and banks. Did 2 stations and 4 banks yesterday. Today easy day - vote then 3 local gas stations. Then watch the results come in.

I have my first direct tv merchandising assignment coming up. Can you tell me what to expect.? I'm a little nervous. joanne
