Sizing Audits

How time-consuming are sizing audits? There are some in my area that require going through more than 600 items, and the shop only pays $15. It seems like a lot of work for the money, but maybe it's easier than it seems.

It does not take too much time at all. 30 minutes or so and the evaluation is super easy and takes less than 5 minutes to fill out. I do them every chance I can. Just my opinion.

I love them. The first one I did took longer, as it took a bit to understand their classification system in the store, but after that I'd say they take about 45 min for me.

I would say on average the 5 categories audit takes about 45 minutes. I don't usually get them completed any quicker than that, but I have had them take over an hour as well; it just depends on the departments you get, and also the day and time. There are some departments I will not audit as I have found them in a disastrous state during a previous audit. And there is no way I would do a weekend evening audit in my area either. I have shopped in these stores on a Saturday around 5PM, and you would think a tornado had blown through the store!

Word of warning: This month's (at least in most of the stores in my area) are some of the categories which are the most commonly mis-sized. These can be kind of a hassle, so it might be best to wait until the next quarter if you're new to the shop. I never take more than one 'murder' category without a large bonus.
