Pua, that's just the salad dressing. All of the other ingredients, I'm assuming, have similar levels of sodium. Add all of it together....
Not that I have any health issues, but this is why I minimize my eating out. When I cook at home, I know exactly what goes in my food.

Irene, my husband was told he had to get on blood pressure medication a few years ago. He doesn't like taking medicine because of the side effects, so I told him we could address it at home. The medication that he took gave him terrible muscle cramps.
The canned/bottled items were tomatoes, beans and salad dressing. I made those from scratch or bought fresh. I started buying non-brined meats. The uncured bacon tasted like crap, so bacon remained, but in moderation.
I use vinegar or lime juice instead of salt for the same effec
No more meds!

It isn't worded quite that way, but the short answer is, "Yes."@Morledzep wrote:
Did Chipotle change the cooking directions for the steaks, are they supposed to be gray and ugly now?

No charge to attend the training. You actually get paid to attend - but they hold the payment contingent on you successfully completing your first shop. When you get paid for the first shop you do, you will also get paid for the training. And, at the training, you get a free meal. After the training, the last thing you do is go through the serving line and pick your meal. You can either take it to go or eat it there.

hanks rofl! The training is tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it!

Enjoy the training! It was really helpful because they showed exactly what to look for with descriptions and pointing to the actual food. When I took the training, managers from all the local Chipotles came and the MSC rep introduced them and they all said "Welcome, thank you, we want to hear your honest opinions on your reports. Tell us whether we're doing good or not."
It was fun meeting lo0cal mystery shoppers. Some worried that the workers who were there when we did the training would remember us and make us as mystery shoppers but I think they see so many people they really didn't notice us enough to remember. At least, I've never felt like they know I am a shopper.
I'm sorry to hear that Madetoshop's training did not include the meal. That was an important part of the training, because all the shopper/trainees got the meal and we all ate together, discussing the training. As we talked, we thought up more questions to ask the trainer and the manager so it was great.

I hope we have a good trainer. Two hours is a long time to be board and stuck.
At my training early this year, I had the impression that one trainer does a bunch of sessions throughout a region (western states, for example.) If you get him, it will be fine. The point of the meal is to give you a chance to put the lesson into action. You can stare at the food pans without anyone asking what you are doing. You can ask the crew about servings etc. Our training session also had local managers in attendance. They were able to answer general questions, too. No one says you have to become an evaluator for the MSC. You can always just take the free meal and say, "No, thanks." I was given one assignment the first month. It allowed the MSC to see if I could handle it, and I could see if I wanted to do any more. The only limit on assignments I have experienced are those by the schedulers. At the first of the month, they send out assignments based on a list of locations you agree to shop. I have 15. I live in a saturated FF/QSR area. No, I have never received 15 assignments!@Sybil2 wrote:

You will not get training pay until you complete an actual shop FYI. And future warning READ notes super careful. I mean careful. Wording is essential to them. "How spicy...." is NOT the same as "Is it spicy..."

Yes, I know about the paid training. Someone mentioned it here, and the trainer told us.
