Exxon/Mobil

Just a quick question for those seasoned with this audit. Can the "Anytime" shops really be completed anytime the station is open, i.e., darkness? The guidelines do make it sound like that is the case, I just don't want to have to do double work if I am incorrect. Thank you.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.
Yes. And sometimes it is has a bonus for doing it in the dark. The paperwork will tell you if it is bonused.
I've started one at 12:30am (had to cover an extra shift and work the full time job until midnight, I was wide awake, full of coffee, the station is near the job, so I decided I'm just gonna do this now!). Clerk was quite surprised!

The only thing wrong with "Anytime" it does not cover the darkness bonus. Unless it is specified on the CPI.
I believe the guidelines say to not shop within 30 minutes of opening or closing, but other than that any time is okay. I also have done anytime shops after midnight.
If you need pictures, be careful. Sometimes the lit signs and canopies can look all blurry and halo-ey if you take pictures in the dark. If you can set the ISO on your camera, drop it lower, or use the nighttime setting if you can.
