ATOM MOVIE TICKETS: Did anybody do this new shop???

Wondering if anybody did this new shop which uses a smartphone app to buy movie theater tickets and concession items for a $23.00 reimbursement. Was in a very, very high grossing Regal theater today and did not see the promotional materials for this vendor and the shop seems like might be too cumbersome. AMC is also using this vendor, but did not see shops posted for that exhibitor yet...

I did one with AMC. It was interesting, and not too bad overall. The theater had no idea I ordered concessions though. I don't think the folks at the stand knew what the system was.

Many of these shops were again posted last night on jobslinger.com. Apparent cancellations. Get the sense that many of the theaters using this new app are not quite prepared for it. Also be aware that you need to pay via smartphone with either Pay Pal, credit/debit cards. No thanks due to potential
identity theft hacking issues...

Hi, I am new to the forum and to MS. I did this shop. It was very simple. The report was very short. I did not see any signage at the theatre which was a required picture.-- I ended up having to put a different picture in its place and explained in the comments that I looked everywhere for signage and there was nothing. Ordering was no problem and the theatre new about my concessions.

We did this last night. It wasn't difficult at all. My concessions were ready when I got there but the kid didn't scan my app. I just pointed to my popcorn and candy and told him it was mine so he handed it to me. They had the lane and scanners but no other promotional materials. I think mine was a $25 reimbursement though, not $23.

Doing what I can to enhance the life of my family! I LOVE what I do smiling smiley
