I often get e-mails offering a bonus for shops due within a few days. Yesterday morning I got one that took me to a site to apply for the job. I applied, but as of this morning the job has not been assigned. It is due tomorrow. In the meantime, I found several self-assign shops that I am about to do. I can't afford to sit around waiting to be assigned a job. Luckily I was able to delete my application, but I still don't understand why a company can afford to pay a scheduler who doesn't assign the job promptly. This is a company I have worked for quite a few times, and all have been positively reviewed, so I don't think they are waiting around for a better shopper!
