Forgive me if this has been brought up recently....did a search and could not find anything. Anyhow, I received a phone call this morning from one of the companies that do customer retrievals (as well as other jobs like in-store product retrievals, etc). I was asked if I was interested in going to someone's home to pick up a product. I responded that I was not, because I don't like going into a stranger's home. That's as far as we got...the person on the other end didn't tell me what product it was.
Anyhow, I'm really, really leery of going into a stranger's home in this day and time, with all the nuttiness going on. You've already got someone who is upset over some product that has not met their expectations, so you never know that person's frame of mind. So I was just curious as to whether or not any of you who have done in-home product retrievals have encountered anything sketchy or off the wall. Thanks!
