I don't seem to be seeing them for a lot of the MSCs when they post them. Is there something wrong with my settings or are they going that quick?

I keep seeing one job about school that nobody seems to want to take and they recently gave a generous bonus of $1. I did it once and it was rejected because their recorded call had noise. Not my fault and I now refuse those jobs.
