I agree with you. Nichtoliver apparently spent too much time battling in courts, and not enough time making nice with others.
Nichtoliver, you are downright insulting to those of us who do this full time, and you don't have a clue when to say "when." I am happy you are going for all the freebies you can get in So Cal. Competition from you does not scare or worry me. If you REALLY still make a six-figure income from lawyering, you are scarily cheap to need to MS for freebies. And yes, that was catty. And yes, I mean it ALL, good and bad. And yes, nothing you say has any meaning for my life. For if I had a six-figure income, I would really need to question why I was needing to take $10-$20 jobs to subsidize my lifestyle. Something is wrong in this equation.

Nicholas Toliver sued, among others, the IRS. Yup, just the guy I am going to for advice after he claims he has a practice that broke up. I wonder WHY. NOT.
