Subway

I have found only 1 company that offers 1 Subway shop in my area. There are probably 10 or more Subways within my shopping area. Does anyone else shop Subway? Their food is so healthy, and it's great to have a simple lunch break in between difficult shops!

There are currently Subway shops available. They are reveal/reward shops promoting soup offerings. Lots were available in my area (New England)

These do show up by area. The last pretty comprehensive shopping of Subway I saw was when the $5 footlong was introduced. Here the ones in a truck stop are shopped and that is by the truck stop chain, not by Subway. I was frankly surprised that when the chain introduced breakfasts we were not called upon to shop them.
THANKS ALL! I know who offers the truckstop shops, but none are close to me or any of my other shopping areas.
The truck stops are also absurd because if the crew member is doing what they are supposed to do, the reimbursement does not cover and you still get to spend 20 minutes, do bathroom checks and check out the retail areas. The closest business to my house is one of those truck stops and I very rarely take either of the shops available there.
Subway shops are going on right now in Canada, don't know about US. I've done 17 this week and have 7 more this weekend. They don't pay much but they're very easy and these shops are really close to one another. These are the same shops mentioned by RobinMarie. The program only lasts a few weeks then they're gone until next year. Grab 'em while you can smiling smiley

Now that you mention it, I forgot, I did shop them in the morning last summer, but that was to see if they were offering a certain brand of coffee.
MtlShopper - I don't really enjoy them. Sometimes I wonder if I'm cut out for it at all. The long faces when I hand an "ooops" card is killing me.

RobinMarie, are you having a lot of fails? I've only 2 so far and they knew they blew it as soon as they saw me come back in. The brand-new gift cards that haven't even come out in the stores are a dead give-away to someone paying attention. I may be evil for not hating it when they fail since it means a larger balance on the gift card left for me winking smiley

kimcox17, nobody can come right out and tell you the name of the MSC. None of us are willing to break our ICA and risk losing work. If you've signed up with hundreds of MSCs, this one's pretty big and you will have heard of them. If you don't see the shops, it might because they're not being shopped in your area. I'm in Quebec, Canada and this is now the third year that I've participated in this program.
The ones I've done are for stand alone shops. I also have an IOU type of reward, not one I benefit from.

The company that used to do Subways in Virginia and many other places (even did some in GA when I traveled) has folded. They were called Checkup Marketing. Their website is still up, but the phone has been disconnected as well as the email. I would love to find out who has picked up the business! I can be reached by gmail using my login name.
Please let me know what company handles mystery shopper assignments for Subway in my area. I cover Modesto/Turlock/Salida in California.

I love their sandwiches and they are only 7 points on the Weight Watcher's scale.

Thank you for any help you can give me with this

Jim, due to ICA agreements, any shopper who reveals that information to you publicly or privately is breaking their contract with the company they do the shops for.

However, the easy way around it is to do a referral. Most schedulers would love to get a referral to new shoppers. It would be easy to ask for an email address and use the referral option on the shopping website. If you are not in competing areas, you can simply get the shopper's email address and send it to the scheduler as a new shopper and the scheduler can get it to the correct person.
I've done more than 10 Subway shops Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Their fun and easy

In all my years as a shopper, I have never seen a company that does a Subway shop. I get McDonalds and Wienershnitzel. But I'm well aware of them, as I was a Subway employee when they did them in my area. Now the Subways here offer a free cookie for doing a survey. ...come to think of it I did see a few a couple of months ago a little out of my area. They might have been by the same owner however since all the stores were in the same general area and they were the only ones.
NorcalN, please remove the company name. It should not appear in the same thread as the client is named both per your ICA with the company and per the Posting Guidelines for this board.
i have done subway shop where i had to reveal myself as mystery shop
now everytime i go the same subway i have great service
If someone has seen offers from a company they don't shop for, there is no violation of ICA to post the company name. I frequently see shops offered on boards,by companies I don't shop for as they do different parts of the country.
I think Subways at the truck stops are provided by couple schedulers and eventually others (seasonal) carry them some time for ............................which are rewarded shops. Regardless of time requested and sections involved on those shops, they are easy to do it and food is good and healthy.
Please remove the company names from your post, Jorge. It is a violation of ICA and of the Posting Guidelines of the forum. You will see an "Edit Post" in the lower right hand corner of your post to do that. Thanks!
[MSP] does Subway shopping but they are really cheap, $4 payment and $5 reimbursement. Most of the time they have you buy items that cost $7 plus and then they want you to write a 500 word essay on each of the following- food quality, service, store condition, employees etc...
They then wait 45-days to pay you and try to find ways not to - grammar, not enough info etc... I will not work for them again, ever.

Flash, I like you dearly but you really must get off the "violation of your ICA" bandwagon. It's getting annoying and redundant. If someone feels like jeopardizing their jobs, it's their business. If it's in violation of the posting rules, let Jacob take care of it. Either way, it's no concern of *yours*.

You're not the moderator on this forum so please, let it go. The constant reminders add nothing to the forum and in fact, may be chasing people away. I took your word for this being true but, like others, I have reread my ICAs and none of them say anything about revealing clients. You're only perpetuating a myth.

Many thanks.

Give Flash a break, regardless of whether or not it is specifically stated in every MSC ICA, it is forum policy not to post that information. You might find it annoying but she is just trying to do her best to help Jacob keep a clean and informative site going. Frankly I am still puzzled why she is not a moderator and the only moderator on this forum rarely visits.

Any time an ICA violation occurs that is not acknowledged and cleaned up it is a reflection on all members that somehow we are complicit with a wink and a nod that it is okay. And Brak, you would not want me as a moderator because folks who did not promptly clean up their act or were repeat offenders would find themselves in 'read only' status really quickly.
Maybe so but my point is that it's not an ICA violation, in most cases. And if it were, nobody needs an ICA police to constantly point it out. We're all adults and the rules are easily available for all those who care to read them. Jacob can deal with those who don't. If Jacob doesn't care to do anything about it, it's his business not ours. We're merely visitors in his forum, not moderators, ICA police, watchdogs, etc...

If we don't want to tell who shops where, that's fine. I prefer it that way since I do my own research. But to consistently state an ICA violation when that's not even the case is false and misleading. Unless you've signed up with every single MSC on the planet, you can't know what each ICA states or doesn't.

Free speech. If the so-called violators want to *possibly* violate their ICAs, it's nobody's business but their own. I disagree that it becomes a reflection on all members. We, as a group, are not responsible for what each individual posts.
