There are times this particular shop has so many interactive and locational narratives that I question my sanity, but always there via email, text, and phone, is Kendra. I'm sure I infuriate her at times (I'm meticulous and a perfectionist; not always a good thing!), and yet she's always been kind and professional and either guides me through my issues or connects me with someone who can.
