Hustles other than mystery shopping?

Hi everyone,

I am new to the board and I started jumping back into mystery shopping again because I am trying to save money for a down payment on a house (I am trying to hustle hard). I do work full-time and do other things on the side to make money. So I was wondering what other things you all may do to make money. I do mystery shopping, ebay/etsy selling and freelance writing assignments.

What about everyone else?

thats really cool. I heard extras get a decent pay. Your signature says shopper in Alabama is this where he gets extra assignments (wouldn't have thought there was a market there).
Our taxes are lower for movie makers here, so we get quite a few. He also travels to New Orleans. Last week he filmed "NCIS New Orleans" and "Daddy's Home" starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlburg. He enjoys it. His regular day job gives him lots of vacation days, so he dips into those sometimes.

I rent part of my home to two really great housemates. We lead very seperate lives and do not share a kitchen (there are 2) or any bathrooms, or televisions, so it's a great help financially and very pleasant. They also share the chores like snow removal, gardening and trash and recycling. That gives me more time for paid assignments and provides extras like organic veggies and herbs (for which I supply the land but do no labor, lol).

If you screen for really compatible housemates, not "just renters" this is ideal. Some think of it as for the young and/or single group, into house parties, etc. But, it is an excellent, supportive lifestyle for seniors like me. My housemates are 10-15 years younger than I am and seem to think that they are looking after me. (HA! That's like thinking that one's cat needs "looking after'!)

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I have a regular virtual assistant gig, I tutor, proofread from time to time, and I do quite of bit of lengthy ghost writing. I used to teach English full-time and was tenured with excellent benefits, but I got tired of the politics in the school system, "teaching to the test", and behavior of some students (and being very limited as to what I could say or do about it).

I am actually a lot happier with my multiple streams of income. Shopping is about half my income now and the "gig" I enjoy the most.
Ebay, Etsy, a little bit of freelance writing, bookkeeping, and my real, fulltime job

I am looking forward to the day where I can slow down a little.

I was an egg donor when I was younger. If anyone wants to know more, I don't mind discussing it and answering questions.
OMG I am so bad. My hubby is looking for a new job. I read that link and told him I found a local part-time job that would pay decent if he wen't "regularly".
My son donates plasma 1-2 times per week at $50 a pop. Doesn't sound like much, but can add up to $400 per month if you don't mind getting stuck with needles.
