Streaming Video - Netflix vs. Amazon vs. Xfinity

Hi. Spent yesterday afternoon getting streaming to work on my TV. I ended up moving the router to the same floor. I guess I'll be getting a WiFi extender now. I could find some info on Netflix and Amazon, but there wasn't much out there about Xfinity/Comcast's Streampix. Any thoughts?

Edited to add Streampix.

Hi Roxie!

I'm confused: Netflix and Amazon both have subscription video services. But I thought Comcast/Xfinity was a cable provider. I actually have all three (Netflix, Amazon Prime streaming, and Xfinity Cable), so let me know what your specific question is and I'll try to help.

I will say that I like Xfinity a lot. I have their high speed internet and cable package and it is 99.9% problem free. I've had the cable go out for about 3-4 hours once in the last 5 years. It's expensive, though.

Thanks CaliGirl! I changed my post to say Xfinity Streampix. Comcast is my cable provider, and that is another streaming option.
I'll throw out the idea and share accounts with family / friends, if you can. That way, you may be able to get all three! I never had Xfinity's, but I use Amazon Prime and Netflix. The Amazon selection is slim, at best, though there are some gems that aren't on Netflix. The benefit is Amazon Prime's shipping. Netflix lost is steam over the years, but still has a handful of movies and old TV shows.

In terms of sharing, I pay for Amazon Prime, while my brother in law pays for Hulu and Netflix. This is similar to what we do for Costco and Sam's Club too haha.
