Poignant Scam Stories

We often hear from people who have been scammed, but they generally leave before we know how it works out. There is a story, actually two stories, in the New Member area which describes, episodically, how the scam works, how the bank reacts, and how the police react. The full story appears midway through the messages, and it took a lot of courage for the person who got scammed to keep us updated. I have a son in college and am going to copy sections and send it to him. I am taking the liberty of providing this link [www.mysteryshopforum.com] because I think that this is a more widely read area, and I firmly believe that the way to prevent some of these scams is by publicizing them.
