These are all one ion the same under different names!
It started as C.A.S.T. Creative Agency Services Team, Inc
It had some reputation issues on the ground.
It morphed into CastForce.
I began working for them in late 2013 under this entity as an IC.
After a a few months I was in Love. I created a 'route' and about once a month would spend a weekend doing between 20 and 30 stores. Mostly CVS pre paid cards. Some OddLots, (they had Cumbies in the beginning) 7 Elevens. Once you did your first store of a project it was a breeze! You knew the POG and how to work it. I could and generally made About $800 plus each month for the last several years. I planned ity. I exectued and I had relationships with my stores. All was good. Not awesome but manageable!!
On January 1, 2016 they went to a W4 model and added an APP.
The APP had issues but was workable and actually saved a ton of time reporting after the fact. It was in progress and could have been great. Unfortunately under the new company CastRetail, and as a W-4 employee they did not pay the full expected 'in store time' but only the time you logged in at store and logged out. (this is an obvious violation of most state employment laws) They also did not pay in between store drive time. (I am not talking about mileage) BUT time in car after you begin you day at one location (start the W4 clock) go to another location etc and last location (STOP CLOCK!) That is actually how it all works as a W4 employee in most merchandising companies.
That said my first check was for under $100. By month four I was up to a whopping $218.
I was paid literally by the minute!!
HMMMMM Not working
And I wanted it to work!! I loved the people I had come to know at the company and had worked with and for over the years. I could count on them and they could count onme! I went out of my way to help them get the jobs done. I loved my stores, my managers and staff and they loved me waking in their door and doing my JOB.
Anyway CastRetail was a big FAIL and everyone who was an IC and became a W4QUIT!

SNAPAUDITS. Holy moly. I mean if you are going to incorporate in Delaware and act like you are not the same company OK I will actually try to think that Tammy Little went out and began her own merchandising company!! But I KNEW from the first recruiting phone call who and what. The sad part is I was happy to get back to my stores, who had been left hanging for six months.
AND yet, MORE problems! And even I have lost patience.
I am attaching my recent email exchange with Tammy Little, who has been on the boards defending SNAP Audits.
I am so disappointed because it mattered to me!!

I am sure you are aware that there is a problem with the reporting form.
I did all 9 of my CVS stores yesterday morning, here in the South Coast of Massachusetts.
I was able to report one store, however it took me 25 minutes...five minutes shorter than time in store.

I have tried to report my second store three times. Twice yesterday, for about an hour and this morning for the last 20 minutes.
I get through the first upload of invoice and then system crashes.
My neighbor is a tech geek and ran my system last night, so it is not my end.
I am pretty sure at this rate I will not get these reported until middle of next week!! ( 30 minutes times 8 more to report = 4 hours!!! In store and road time yesterday 4 hours and 45 minutes)

Tammy, nothing for nothing but as you know I have been doing this for three years through all the twists and changes at your level.
When the APP came on I thought we were going to improve. Everything has gone so backwards and sideways.
The APP was great when it worked and for me that was most of the time. The problem, was obviously the pay situation.

Even in this new incarnation, the pay is lower than it us to be per store. And that would have been fine, if I could report each store in 10 minutes as I use to be able to last year.

When I walked into my stores yesterday, my managers were so happy to see me, you know I was in their stores once a month for years.

Personally, I cannot execute and complete my obligations without the necessary support and systems in place.

I have tried to go with the flow and have been patient for six months.
This is not going to work for me.
I can hand type out reports to you and send emails on each store. I don't even care at this point if I get paid.
I am so disappointed.

This reporting is temporary. Portals will be up next week. Snap does not and never had an app. Email me your forms and photos I will load them for you. You should have let me know there was an issue prior to your frustration level being this high. I am here to help.

I would ask what the hell is worng with you, but honestly I do not care to devolve into your psyche and find out why you actually think you are superior and everyone else is just stupid!! I can't even go there.

On January 1, 2016 you switched up to CastRetail and changed the model to w-4 employees.
Unfortunately that change did not work out because the company decided to walk an extremely fine line about compensation and more than likely broke labor laws in most states, and this I know to be true and factual. So all the previous IC's quit.
And then came SnapAudits.
Same colors, Same Tammy, same, same same but different?!?!?!
Different because it is so low rent and backwards that you are using a stack form that anybody can apply to a website and its free. WTF
I am so beyond thinking this is a scam.
I am so angry with your behavior and lack of ethics and honesty!!

I am the person walking through the door. I am the person at store level that management trusts, I am the one who gets the job done.
You have humiliated me. Not once, but on multiple occasions with your flim flam and BS.
IC's actually care about their work. They have a work ethic. And they care about their clients. Clients you do not know nor do you see.
Our service is invaluable at store level. It is appreciated and welcomed.

CastForce had finally built up in reputation over the last three years of being a reputable company. All was good. Finally I was proud to actually say I worked for CastFroce! (yes I use to wear an IMPACT badge for a long time because the prior C.A.S.T. had such a bad reputation and it took me months to rebuild up trust at my stores .)

And now playing like everyone but YOU (ie the company) are dumb AND SnapAudits is not part of the SAME OLD is un @#$%& believable and thinking no one would actually connect the dots OMG...
Own it. Give a @#$%&!
Also stop harassing your 'former' employees at the home base. No one let the 'cat out the bag'. I knew withingseconds of the first phone call recruiting me to Snap that you were Tammy Little of CAST.
Why don't you care about this business, like I care about YOUR business?!?!?!
I am not spending another minute on working for you for FREE.

Federal regulaters have ruled that Amazon.com does not have to pay its employees for the 30 min it takes to clock in and the additonal 30 min to clock out of their distribution centers. It takes this long due to security checks and scans.

Sorry but its perfectly legal for companies not to pay you for the time necessary to get to a job.

From my experience its about 50/50. The companies that do. This post ia better in the merchandise forum.

What an unprofessional post! Is this really the way you want to showcase your talents and abilities, Jody Driscoll? With a temper tantrum? It's obvious you are frustrated and furious.

I agree with the sentence "STOP posting on the boards!! You really have to stop. You look like a mad woman! Everyone knows its the SAME!!" It applies to your post. Perhaps when you get over being so furious you'll come back and delete most of this rant, particularly your name and your e-mail address. Not smart to post your name and e-mail address on an internet forum.
