Yahoo! Email Users

I have filters set up so that certain MSC emails go to trash, and others go to my Inbox. The emails that from schedulers who I reply to are automatically saved in my contacts. Their emails should come to my Inbox.

Nothing works. Emails go to Trash or Spam that should go to my Inbox, and the ones that should go to Trash end up in my Inbox.

Has anyone figured out how to get the filters to work? I have a free account, so I can't contact CS.

HonnyBrown, I have the same issue. I have to periodically go through my Spam folder and mark certain e-mails as "not spam."
Feeling quite smug about sticking with aol email.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I have to check Spam and Trash daily. Even the emails that are marked as safe go to Spam.

Frankly, any shopper who does not check the spam folder at least once a day is going to have problems. But, I get 200+ MS-related emails a day and about 1 percent go to spam. OTOH, nearly 100 % of spam, goes to spam. Sticking with AOL.

I haven't had AOL in a long time. Yahoo! is good with the spam. I don't see spam in my inbox. I end up seeing it when I have to check that folder daily to remove the valid emails.

@Honny, same situation here, never get spam in my inbox, and check every few days in the spam inbox.
Now and then I'll catch one, but not enough to change. I have both Yahoo and Gmail, but my business is
yahoo, too much of a hassle to change, and no reason, I'm good with it. They recently had problems, but were
aware and worked on the problem.

I use a Yahoo account as my primary spam & "sign up for crap" email address (couponing) and AOL for my important personal and MS business. AOL has worked well with the obvious spam but still grabs emails once in awhile from MSC's that are on the safe list.

Didn't know AOL was still around, don't know anyone with an AOL account anymore.

i believe that yahoo is being paid to mix things up by spammers... its the only reason i can think of for their horrible and inconsistent labeling..

i have had the same account for 20 years now and i am not changing anytime soon... then again i went to pull up some old emails from 2002 and was unable to do so... i only have 190,000 new ones to go through...20,000-30,000 read ones...
