roflwofl ,thank you so much, Yes I found a listing for New York Public Utility Commission!!! YAY. Verizon customer service reps are morons. I called and said to stop service and I was using another provider. The person that "ended" my service did not do it correctly. Do you mean that they issued a credit for the amount on the statement you received, making the statement a zero balance? But now you are continuing to receive monthly statements because they believe you have ongoing monthly phone service with them? If yes, contact the Public Utility Commission in your state. The Public Utility Commission of most states have online complaint forms that can be submitted in just a minute or two.
