I was on a sandwich lunch shop. The business also sold fresh meat in their display cases. They make awesome meat sandwiches at this place. My sandwich order was a Beef Ball Trip. After I received my sandwich order, which was presented on a rounded metal tray, I walked over to the drink cooler. I held my sandwich tray with my left hand, my purse hung on my right arm, and opened the cooler door with my right hand. It was one of those cooler doors which you need to pull it open. Since I have short arms, I was literally standing right in front of the cooler shelves. I retrieved my bottle soda with my right hand. The cooler door was closing on me from behind. I started to lose my grip on my sandwich tray. The sandwich tray was about 10" in diameter. I placed my bottled soda somewhere as I am trying to prevent my sandwich, which was cut into two halves, from falling onto the floor. I managed to catch most of my sandwich with my right hand while holding onto the tray with my other hand. Only top portion of the 1/2 of the sandwich bread, some of the lettuce shreds and a tomato slice had fallen onto the floor. A couple of customers happened to witness the whole thing. You can tell that the two customers were trying to keep a straight face since I'm pretty sure that incident was pretty funny to see. A female customer replied to me that she would have done the same thing. Anyway, I asked the associate if she can replace what had fallen onto the floor.
