Getting a live telephone rep at Bestmark?

I have a couple of questions to ask them about shops I see on their website, but cannot get through to someone to ask questions. Does anyone have any hints to get a live rep on the phone at Bestmark?

I have phoned them, successfully, if I've had a true need for an impending or in the process shop. If you have general questions, non-emergency in nature, email the regional coordinator. My emails have always been answered.
I just had an email conversation with my regional coordinator this morning. she answered every email of mine within 5 minutes
You can get a live person on the phone only if you push the prompt "for all other calls".
