Has anyone had a problem sending a message to SI? I have to cancel a shop - sent them a message through their message center and it bounces back as an internal java script error. And there's no other way to get in touch with this MSC.

I called the 800 # on SI ... I called someone too and also called Canada a few times.. lol. I was referred to a scheduler named Rudy and he called me back!! I am nervous as this is the first shop doing for them. He helped me a great deal. I am doing a coffee shop audit (reveal) in a hopsital.
Don't they have a forum like this? They used to.
I completed my first project for SI.... I did a reveal coffee audit and it was very easy. I see there is an invoice. Do I have to print the invoice and fax it or something to get paid or is it just for my records?
You don't have to fax it to anyone. It's for your reference to print or save to your computer. However, the invoices are on the web site broken down by month. When I get my payment, I just check the invoice to make sure I was paid for all the jobs.
Thanks so much for your reply. I just jumped on another coffee audit to do. It is so easy to do these.
There are several shops available on our website. We partnered with In-Touch Insight Systems; therefore, more shops are available. Please feel free to register on the website to view the opportunities or contact me.

Has anyone gotten a past due notice for this round of grocery store shops? SI said they wouldn't be past due since they came out last Mon. and were to be completed Sat. or Sun. but the start date was 1/29. SI said I could do them either Sun. 1/29 or Sat. 2/4 but Kern is sending past due emails????
I understand that there was an email sent out indicating that folks had been taking more shops than they could do on Sunday deliberately so that they could do them the following weekend as reschedules thinking it would be okay. That apparently is NOT ok and they will be keeping a record of it with 3 extensions in a 90 day period putting you on probation and a 4th giving you the boot. I had no shops this round and did not personally get the notice. This is not a new policy but other communications in the past year or so might indicate otherwise.
I have read all my emails from SI as well as Kern. I did not receive anything of that nature. Adrienn could you expand on this?
All I know is basically what I stated. I did not receive the email either and the person who received it had only one shop scheduled and she has NEVER had a reschedule. She indicated that she got it Friday morning before the shops were to be performed on Sunday.
Hello Everyone,

Those grocery shops that you are referring to are with KSS. Some of the dates were very specific; however, you should not receive a late notice as long as you are within the paramaters. Some shops are weekday shops while others are only for weekends. If you receive a past due notice, I will be happy to look into it although KSS handles those assignments as you should not be penalized as long as you were within the parameters for the shop. Please let me know if this helps.

Andrienne, I received an email the other day indicating that these shops would be posted to the InTouch site in the future. It left me wondering:
1) Does this mean that they will NOT be on the Experience Exchange website as well?
2) When is this likely to occur?
3) Will the posting schedule remain the same?
4) Is there going to be some reasonable way of sorting the shops since there will be more than 700 of them post at once? (The screen will only return 100 at a time it would appear.)

I look at the shop4.intouchshoppers.com site and I see 2 shops for my state but no real way to sort for distance. My city name is often misspelled or abbreviated so I could readily need to search 4 times by name just to find shops by city name. Since I do shops in 7 separately named 'cities' around me, two of which also are variously spelled from time to time, a sort by name could get truly tedious.
