CORI report not submitting...help!

Ok, you would think I would have learned my lesson by now. Doing 3 gas station reports. I enter all the info, re-size pictures and I use IE. Comes up with an erro message each time. I have spent over 2 hours trying to figure this out. I have sent 2 messages to CORI and chatted online with them and the 2 issues above are what she said were my problem. No, I have checked everything and even ran a virus scan. I am at my wits end. Anybody?? Anyone out there who loves CORI and knows the secret to entering the report right the first time? This has only happened to me twice....I love the shops but getting the error messages and having to take all night to figure it out just isn't worth it.

If it was me, I would send them a message stating the problem. Then I would relax, call it a night and try again first thing in the morning.

Lisa, I was on a chat with them earlier when the issue started. Then proceeded to try to figure it out myself. Then sent 2 more messages. Annoyed that I took these for less than $20. I have other things going on but I hate to lose the $$$. Wondering if I should drop CORI off the radar until they fix their reporting system.
You are not going to lose the money. You've spent way too much time on it tonight. I've noticed more problems when trying to submit in the evenings and not just with them. I meant send them an e-mail clearly stating you have spent x amount of time and you will attempt it again in the morning. The jobs won't be removed and it won't go against you. They are always going to blame it on your OS and/or browser which does nothing to really help. I think the problem is their server gets overloaded and times out. Think about how many reports are probably being submitted at the same time as yours. They are not going to fix their system which is why my policy is to try once and sometimes twice, then that is it. The only thing I would do yet tonight is open the site in a new window and see where the jobs are. Occasionally they appear to time out when they actually submitted. If they are still on your jobs list then have a glass of wine, get some sleep and channel Scarlet O'harasmiling smiley

I will take your advice...if it doesn't work then I am done with CORI and their crappy system. I like the people, the jobs, etc...but to enter all that info, resize the pics, etc and have it disappear time after time is too much time and not enough money...having a glass of wine. Thanks for the best advice ever yawning smiley)

I am sure you already know this, but reporting can only be done on Internet Explorer, not any other system.

Tried again this morning. No go, the pictures removed themselves and it is not submitting. Already received notice that they're late. What do I do????? What an absolute waste of my time.
Late notices are computer-generated and the computer doesn't know why you are late. Do you have their phone number? Call and see what you can work out. It's not making a lot of sense. Any time I've had time out issues they magically clear up the next day. One other thing to check, you said you resized the photos, to what?

BTW, you don't want to hear this now, but any company I've worked for with regularity has these type of issues at some point. For me it always happens when I've had an otherwise great day and everything is getting wrapped up on time.

I had the same problem this week, and they cancelled the shops and told me I was too stupid to figure it out. I tried for 4 days to get a hold of someone and once I did this is what I got.

If you have the phone number of someone call them or else they take FOREVER to respond to emails. Or try and get into live chat if you can. They kick you out after 15 mins of waiting..so you will have to keep trying till you get a less busy time.

Funny they told me that it couldn't be their problem and must be mine, since they "had no other complaints at all this weekend" lol I even tried on two different computers.

Good luck
