MCP always includes in their job offers aa message that says if there is a problem with scheduling contact David@mcp and if a problem with payroll I think it is Jess@MCP
Best to read through their entire email. Anyway, on occasion I have emailed or called David about a schedule problem and he will refer you to the scheduler who has your thingy or solve the problem. Good company.
