Earliest call from a scheduler ever: 4:49 am CT-BestMark????

Call came in from BestMark scheduling line at 4:49 am this morning on my cell.

The worst part??? BestMark is on Central time ALSO. Even for a scheduler on Eastern time, that was 5:49 am.

I've called back and been put in the queue twice, it hangs up on me the minute it is supposed to go to a scheduler.

I would like to extend a genuine apology from the BestMark team to the few individuals who received an early morning call from the BestMark number. The calls were a technological glitch and thanks to our loyal shoppers who quickly let us know about the issue, we were able to isolate the problem and take the necessary strides to find a resolution. I called a shopper at 4:30 am once...I sent out an email with a response: "Call me: *number*". I'm like now? We had a lovely half hour conversation at 4:10 am!

I had a problem over the last two days with trying to schedule a shop. The Bestmark person's replies to my emails didn't make sense. Today, I called Bestmark so I could talk to a human. Not only was he was very helpful, but he also asked for the emails I had received so he could look into it. I really appreciate that level of concern for the shopper.

NOTE: I'm not on the forum every day. If someone comments on my post, I might not reply right away. I've been a shopper since 1991. I've never done any work for a MS company in any other capacity.
I've had Maritz schedulers call me at 7:30-8:30 am and I was pissed about that! I don't havea regular job thus the mystery shopping so I do not need to be awake early. Do not expect me to be a happy person when you wake me up to ask about a shop. Plus they call from Kansas so it's even earlier there time. Really, before 10AM is too early! You don't know if you are waking people or interupting their breakfast.

I once called a shopper at 5 AM. I'm East coast and they were West coast....glad they were an early riser. I was so completely embarassed, but we all make mistakes and as long as it isn't a regular thing...I hope we can be forgiven.....

I do have to say I have gotten many a call at 3 AM from people calling to cancel shops...once I realize no one died....its not a huge deal...lol
