CRI chat rep was downright rude!

Not sure if this is the right place but I just had to vent, and wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

I did my first two shops for CRI last week, a simple fast food, and a more complicated home improvement. Then a week later I did another home improvement shop.
Both home improvement shops were approved by an editor within a couple days, and the ff shop still hasn't been approved, 8 days later.
So this morning I contacted the ff chat rep and inquired. She said that the editors were very busy working on other reports and would get to mine as soon as possible; then a moment later added that her boss would look at it that afternoon.
Then the rep said that I used firefox to submit the report and that was why I was having this problem, and that I HAD to use IE. I replied that I'd used firefox to submit the home improvement shops and they'd been received no problem.
She shot back that I had to use IE and that this was what happened when I used firefox - and then exited the chat!
How rude! O.o

There are a lot of people who come here and say they have used Firefox and other browsers without any problems. I've tried to warn everyone that if there is ever an issue and they have used another browser it could come back to bite them. CORI does make it clear that IE is a requirement, not a suggestion.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

I have been shopping for CRI for years and have always used Safari without ever having a problem. Sometimes I have had a problem selecting dates and that maybe the problem. I will try IE the next time they are paying enough for me to want it.
That's exactly what I'm saying Steve. GFK has been requiring Firefox for years now and CORI requires IE. I would prefer to get paid for my jobs and see no reason to give a company justification for invalidating a shop over something as simple as a browser. Personally, I feel it is more important new shoppers realize it can cost them money and they are using other browsers at their own risk.

Here are the MSC sites/browser incompatibilities that I've found:

Marketforce: Shop search function is very buggy in Opera. Fine in Firefox.
CoRI: Annoying javascript issues with Opera/FF, but otherwise completely functional.
ICCDS: Site will not allow login via Opera. FF is fine.
Any Shopmetrics site: Java features are buggy in Opera.

And that's it. I've submitted over 500 shops to 40+ MSCs using Opera and Firefox and have never had a shop rejected once it was submitted due to the browser. Schedulers that say there are issues ahead of time are full of hooey.
