I believe you are correct. Suggestion: Take them to small claims court. I had a company refuse to pay me the $30 they owed. (This was not mystery shopping). After two months of the runaround, I filed. They didn't show up in court. I got a default judgement for $30, filing fees and other costs. They still didn't pay. I filed again and this time the court was going to seize corporate assets and have a sheriif's sale to satisfy the judgement. Believe me, THAT got their attention and they ended up paying me over $400 to satisfy the original $30 judgement and all the court costs. Now that's stupid! Why can't people just do what is right and get on with life?
Good luck!

somewhere, buried in one of these posts, I mentioned I was finally paid. I am seriously considering small claims court for other reprobates. and writing to the MSPA.

could u name that person, currently i am having an issue too, i posted it in this forum, and since i am new here i am not naming names, but if it's OK to do so i'll surely share with everyone.
I stopped workinG w them. So am not clear on names. I got a run around from several of them.
No. Most of the time there are no issues. It can be difficult to reach some schedulers, but others can be quite responsive. As long as you know about potential problems going in you will be fine.

My Scheduler seems to be pretty good at communication. I had to email her a few times until I got certified and every time I had a quick response. Actually I was pretty impressed.
There is one in particular who is great with communication. If the responses have been timely it's all good.

And I don't mind giving her a name - Melissa. Kudos should be given when it's deserved. Now my scheduler for the Face-to-Face shops on STN is another story.
