Focus on Service

For the past several weeks I have not been able to get the website to come up from the link on this board or from my bookmarked link to their sign in page. I know they 'temporarily' stopped shops last fall, but I am thinking now they are gone. Anyone have any news on them or able to access their website?

Bummer. The site doesn't load for me, either. That was my gateway shop; I miss doing them.

Yup. I was checking them in January and February since I thought shops were supposed to return after the beginning of the year. And now zip, no website. I was really hoping they had gone to a new job board or something but even the most basic webpage seems to be gone.

Awww man, I was really hoping they would make a comeback.

No news from them here either...I think they might have gone down, and they were a good MSC.

I tried yesterday and today their website is not activated so I would say they are out of business. I had 2 telephone numbers one says call can not be completed as dialed the other someone answered when I asked if this was Focus on Service they hungup.

Never received any email or notice of any kind that they where no longer doing this service. I am disappointed since this was a very good comapny to deal with. Honest, fair, quick on payments, great support if you had an issue.

Sorry to see them go.

I read (here, somewhere, got an email) that they were no longer doing shops because they did them for one specific company and that company(that had several different brands) was no longer going to use mystery shoppers.

I want to say this was last fall/end of year.

What I had read here was that the shops were discontinued for the remainder of 2011, so I was looking for their return after the beginning of the year . . . Although I had done my 2 per year for a number of years I never got the email that they were even stopping shops for the rest of 2011.

I was one who wrote that, I know the client stopped for 2011, (I got the email) and it looks like the restaurant choose not to continue.
